What happens to employer EPF that have position in 2 company

What if a staff have a position in 2 of our companies? (means different companies but under same group). Will his EPF increase?

Of course EPF will increase. Read the wages definition at EPF Act.

Almost all allowance are subjected to EPF, not just basic salary. It's OT that is not subjected to EPF.
