Any act stated regarding employee leave?

We have an employee that is not able to clear his leave due to work. The company decided to pay him his balance leave of 20 days. As I know, I need to divide by 26 days, any act I can refer to for this calculation?

EA 1955 Section 60E (2A), (3), & (3A). But be careful, if the employee is not subjected to EA, then the employer has no obligation what so ever to compensate the employee for unutilized Annual Leave. Just tell that it's standard practice, or else the soon to be former employee will viral it on social media, and your employer brand / employer reputation will be greatly affected.

Annual leave - to use 26 days calculation, (refer to EA 1955 section 60E & 60I)
