Hello, everyone! If the company is closed for 3 months and employees can only work in rotation with wages deducted, then what should HR Department do? Will employees go to the Labor Department to complain or sue the company? Please advise. Thanks

If the company fail to provide paid wages for at least 12 normal working days in a span of 4 weeks, then your employee has the right to claim that he or she has been laid off, and make complaints to JTK (for EA employees) or to IR Deparment (for non-EA Employees).
