How to set company driver's salary?

Hi all, I would like to ask about company driver's salary. Should the basic salary just cover 40 working hours per week. Then, hours beyond that is considered as OT?

It shouls be based on your offer letter arrangement. If it stated 40 hour per week, any exceeded hour is OT. But still must comply with EA55 if under coverage.
