Yes, EPF. EIS actually doesn't have a specific section as far as we're informed. I'm basing my response off the platform we use which is compliant with LHDN's MTD calculations.

Your socso needs to go in 11. I'd advise on adopting a system. Will ease up your time and reduce risk of error. If you have time, go check out these few:- HReasily, Kakitangan, PayrollPanda, Swingvy.

Yes, also KIV the gross amount should be anything taxable. Don't include pay items that are tax exempted so that the MTD is accurate.
