Need opinion regarding parking allowance benefits.

Hi, may I consult some opinion regarding parking allowance benefits? What is the normal practice? Is it all staff should be entitled or just staff who drives to work?

It totally depends on Company discretion & affordability, I believe. Some would provide to all staff with different entitlement according to grades. My previous company only provided to those who were given a company car. Some would provide subsidies.
