Need some advice on unpaid leave.

Female staff currently at 35 weeks pregnancy. The HOD advise her to take unpaid leave until sept due to current situation. During her maternity, will she entitle full paid or unpaid?

Def full maternity allowances. What makes u to ask this?

Pity her kalau x dpt maternity allowance tu. Tgh sarat2 ni kena stress fikir xde duit. Unless this pregnancy is her 6th child, then she should receive her 60 days maternity allowance. Hari ke 61 dan ke atas, baru lah blh unpaid leave (kalau dia setuju).

yes,the employee entitle for the maternity allowance according to section 37 EA..after finish 60 days that can consider unpaid leave prior her approval
