If staff volunteer to reduce salary, need to inform JTK?

The Company staffs voluntarily to offer salary reduction, for Salary April 2020, in order to go through the hard time together with Company due to Company zero income need to submit PK form also?

Even if the staff voluntary to get salary reduction, still u have to notify the JTK. Formality purpose
