How to treat the staff leave for being home quarantine?
I would like to seek an opinion on a given situation. A staff sister who has just returned from another state by flight and stays with the staff. Initially, her sister was asked to do home quarantine by MOH. The next day, MOH escorted her sister to the hospital for quarantine even though she did not have any symptoms at all. In view of these circumstances, management has no choice but to request the said staff to do home quarantine. I would like to seek to advise on how to treat this staff leave, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, or Compassionate Leave or No Pay Leave?
