CNY 2020 fall on sat and sunday, according to act, PH fall on restday, the next day shall be replacement PH... if ur company's rest day is Sunday meaning Monday is PH

For our company.. we give replacement leave coz the 1st day CNY fall on Saturday, nd the monday public holiday ..
