Hi all, good day. Company is give fixed petrol allowance every month RM200 to engineer. After staff joined company, they just realised that they need to fetch China vendor from hotel to factory for work every day which did not mention in interview and offer letter. Now engineer complaint to company that petrol allowance RM200 is totally not enough to cover. Company feedback that is their tasks for fetch vendor. No complaint will be accept. How do u think for this situation? Think from who's position?
