Wanna ask, do u guys company practice to hold the last salary and ask those resign staff to clear the cp22 and submit the income tax clearance letter to company then company only release the last salary?

For expatriate- the aforesaid letter is a proof that you have clear all money owed to IRB before left the country.

有些公司也要求。。因为有些local是会到国外工作。。。
