If pro long medical leave after 60 days, is subject to company approval of unpaid pay. Doctor may need to advise his employment status. Termination of frustration of contract may apply when the day comes

company can still allow prolong medical leaves with full pay, eg..1st 6 months full pay, 2nd 6 months, 1/2 pay, then apply zero pay for another 3 months then come to termination
