Recently, one of my staff met an accident and he was given MC with deemed hospitalisation for 20 days. So, does this deemed hospitalisation MC considered as hospitalisation leave or non-hospitalisation leave

it shall be HL. In most cases companies would approve it. But it cases where company has some suspicion, they can consult their label doctor or the doctor who issued the MC
