Do we need to contribute EPF, Socso for 17 years old staff?

Seek for your advice. We have recruited 17 years old (after SPM) to work with us while waiting for his SPM result. Question: do we need to contribute EPF, Socso?

Yes, need to contribute EPF, even you hire for partimer, contribution is needed, but EIS only 18 years old and above.
