One of my staff got 14 days MC due to his bone at palm is crack.. This incident happened while working due him knocked the metal dustbin to give knock effect at dustbin..so my bos said, that was his fault.. My question are 1) Bos asked him to come work during his mc..my bos said, he still can walk and use another hand..I already told my bos, he got mc and it is wrong to asked staff come to work but bos still wanna him come to work.. Is this can? 2) due to incident is my staff fault,can he claim socso? He want to claim - things pile on his arm
