Can share OT allowance under company practice?

Currently my company practice is rm7/hr. Working above 2am will be entitled one day RL.

*Accumulated hours* Means you have to total up the no of hours he worked on that day,regardless from what time to what time. Eg: Normal working hours : 8 hrs Total accumulated working hours on that day : 10 hours eg: 8 am-12 pm (4 hrs) & 5 pm-11 pm (6 hrs) Therefore total OT is : 8 hrs - 10 hrs : 2 hrs ot OT is to be counted after you minus the normal working hours.
