If my staff started her Unpaid Leave from April, can we apply Employee Retention Programme (ERP)? Can I not pay her allowances? Can part time staffs claim the RM600 allowance?

Fixed allowance should be paid by employers but other allowances are based on employer's discretion. Define part time because part time and casual workers are different in the Employment Act.
