Can staff take sick leave for home quarantine?

If we have a staff direct contacted a Covid-19 patient and had gotten a letter from the hospital for home quarantine (14 days), can he take sick leave for these 14 days?

If he is quarantined at home, it should be Sick Leave. However, if he's hospitalised, then is Hospitalization Leave.
