Need clarification about staff appraisal

Employee join on feb 2020 and her probation is until May 2020. Company did salary rise after probation as her performance is in the satisfactory level. Does this employee need to appraise again in December yearly appraisal as well?

Yes. You need to apppraise her. As it serves as a fair condition by treating her with the rest of the employees where everyone will need to measure based on their performance under the bell curve analysis. With that , HR may only able to know where she falls within the categories of "Under Performane", "Meet Performance" & "Exceed Performance". Just to take note: his/her KPI is lesser than the rest since her new performance is measured after May
