I would like to ask question regarding payslip and also about job offer.

1. Do you think it is necessary to share the current payslip with prospective employers upon request? Why? 2. If a prospective employer decided to offer a candidate a new employment, how long do you think the candidate can consider/think before reverting on his/her decision?

1) In Malaysia, it's common practice for companies to make an offer based on your existing/ previous salary. In most cases, it tends to be an increment of what you have right now. 2) Ideally, the sooner the better but as a personal opinion no more than 1 week, unless you've discussed about a timeline with the employer. Employers do typically interview more than 1 candidate for a role, so you should take the opportunity or decline it as soon as you're sure.
