If family was infected, what kind of leave should staff apply?!

if staff's immediate family had just been diagnosed positive in Covid. so my staff now need quarantine at home. this quarantine time, do you gv MC/ annual leave?

For my company, staff need to quarantine he/her at home for 14 days with hospitalize leave and before came to office need to proved swab test is negetive
