Should there be an action if staff always goes MC after taking vaccine shot?

My boss need to clarify this issue: 1) If staff happen to get sick after taking vaccine shot and repeated taking the MC then how? What is the action can be taken? As far as I know, there will be a letter of consent before take the shot right? Can the company do the same?

If the MC is legit, then it's fine as they're genuinely feeling sick which is part of the side effects. My company didn't do any letter of consent. We gave unrecorded leave for the vaccination day and we are expecting them to feel unwell, where they can take MC and rest at home
