What to do if company exceed the paid sick leave?

As far as I know, quarantine with order will be categorised as sick leave. Paid sick leave is from 14 days until 22days. If the company has been forced to do quarantine more than 2 times then will exceed the 22 days. In that case, what should we do?

if staff are having official quarantine order (with black&white) from KKM or your company (for everyone safety), they should obey and follow, right? can anyone say "No"? think of the consequences of doing so. there must be reason behind, why someone having those order. this is not a game, seriously.
