Mana Payslip Saya? Payroll Ada Buat Ke Tidak?

My concerns are, bermula dari July sampai Sept saya masih tak dapat payslip. Another concern is, saya tak tahu payroll cut dari berapa haribulan sampai berapa haribulan. Kalau masih boleh dibawa bincang, both AM and Boss himself did not reply my text. Is it legal to hold your staff salary? Dalam offer letter juga tiada mengatakan tentang resignation rules or whatsoever, jadi saya masih tertanya sehingga sekarang. To anyone who read this, please reply me and tell me what should i do. Thank you.

Based on the information provided, it seems like you have some concerns regarding your payslip, payroll, and salary calculation. It is important for your employer to provide you with payslips to ensure transparency and compliance with labor laws. It is recommended that you first try to resolve this matter directly with your employer by communicating your concerns clearly and expressing the need for your payslips and clarification on your salary calculation. If your employer does not respond or fails to provide a satisfactory resolution, you may consider seeking assistance from the relevant labor office or labor union. They can guide you on the appropriate actions to take and help ensure that your rights as an employee are protected. It is generally illegal for an employer to withhold or delay salary payments without a valid reason, so it is important to address this issue promptly. Regarding the resignation rules, it is advisable to refer to your employment contract or any applicable labor laws in your jurisdiction. These documents should outline the notice period, leave entitlements, and any other relevant information related to resignations. If you are unable to find this information, it is recommended to seek clarification from your employer or consult a legal expert who can provide guidance specific to your situation. Remember that open communication and cooperation can often lead to a resolution, so try to maintain a professional and calm approach throughout the process. If your employer continues to neglect their obligations, taking legal action may be necessary.
