Big company or Small startup company? Which one is more better for my first job as a fresh graduate?

small - can learn everything, from down until top management big - good benefit, work under good management

i think the small company is better for the fresh graduate, because small company means small team easy to manage the information and workflow. also the small company more generous on hand training.

Small company - you can learn a lot of things. Big company - limited but you might gain other good benefits.
