Is it normal to work on weekends?
I am a newcomer to this audit company, the workload is just huge, I work almost every weekend, I feel like I don't have a life outside of work but my colleagues seem to be working very hard too.

Some of organization required to work in Shift or on Weekend. Obviously, when you work in Audit firm, is norm for you to work on weekend as that time you can concentrate to audit all data and info that you receive on weekdays. If you want to have life outside, the best to get an advise from your superior on this. If this doesn't work, refer to your HR team and have a chat 1 to 1 for better understanding.
