Is depends. Like example myself. It takes me for almost 5-6 years from my first job and mixed any job that I able to grab. The more I explore to find out, I am totally sure 100% suitable to be a People Person. I managed to land my dream job as HR personnel by showing my experiences on that. So, be patience on your dream job.
