Should I mention about my physical medical condition during job interview if even if I'm not asked by the employer?
I'm applying for jobs but a lot of it doesn't seem to fit due to my physical disability. However I want to make it work. What should I do?
Hi, this is what I would suggest to you, based on my opinion. If you think & confident enough that your physical disability won't give any effect on your work, then do not mention it at first. Unless you're 80% sure that you will get the job after the interview, then you can mention it to them. This is because there are possibility if you reveal it at early stage, they will use it to eliminate you immediately without knowing your true talents.
