Do I still need HR certificate?

I have completed my degree and diploma in HR courses.

Last time, I complete my degree and then I took a diploma in HR one year later. In university sekarang also the HR is offer as a degree course. My time tak ada, so i have to take additional diploma after i graduate.

HR standard sekarang is high. But for today, there is a course call HR Digital Certification...I think this one lebih bagus... HR professionals must know about social media, IT optimizations, Digital HR marketing, Technology for HR.
