I am sarawakian & I plan to find a job in kl/selangor. is it better i directly move to kl before I start to find job? Or i better move there after I get job offer?

Find a job first. You can attend an online interview (request for it), once you have got the offer letter, then you can make the move to KL. You need to have sufficient funds saved up for expenses in KL/Selangor as the cost of living is higher compared to other states. All the best.

For my opinion, you can start finding job through online 1st. This is because, if you come to KL/Selangor then only start finding job will be hard for you as you need to spend a lot and commitment here is higher than sarawak.
