Cause you say you been applying for any types of industry means you have been applying for all jobs position as long as it is a paying job. I think it is because you are just looking for a job and not a career. Try to really ask yourself what is the career path you want. When you are clear about your path, employer will get you. Employer usually avoid employing those that just need a job. Employer need to know what you really like to do. What is your passion, what is your life vision, what do you stand for in this world.

I'm guessing that it's either about suitability and the salary that you're asking for. But yes, I do agree that everyone deserves an opportunity. Perhaps you may try to narrow down the industries that you have experience with and work on getting a job from there. Different industries, different requirements. Don't give up.
