Not easy to find job and high employment rate is just your believe. You believe is limiting the things you want. Why don’t you change your believe and start take action. Start applying for the dream job you want.

Prepare your CV, look for good companies, and believe you will make great value for those companies. If u believe, and take action, u will find a new job! Dont worry about unemployment, a lot of my colleagues actually found new jobs! U just need to sell yourself. Even if the competition is high (as it always is), not a lot of people know how to sell themselves

My suggestion would be 1. Talk to your manager about the issue you faced. There might be a good reason behind it and then once you understand it better you might be able to get a more "meaningful" scope and improve your current situation by requesting from your manager. Reality is they might dedicate more job scope to a better candidates than you or the company just wanna lighten your burden. Understand the issue thoroughly before make decision. 2. If situation do not improve even after a constructive communication with your manager, you can actually look for a more "meaningful" career outisde. Truth is I am dealing with hiring company and there are actually alot of firms are still hiring despite the situation, just that you need to spend more effort to look for. 3. If you manage to get a new career, please do discuss with the new employer about the issue you faced in the previous company to ensure it won't be repeating again. That can also set good benchmark for you if your new employer acknowledge that issue is not your problem and they might becareful on their side not to repeat it. I use "meaningful" cause we don't know what's your definition of it. Truth is it might be a good situation for employee just that the changes doesn't fit your apetire but most people will like it. Hope it helps and good luck!
