Am I still considered a fresh graduate after working for a company for almost a year?

There isn't really an exact definition of what makes a fresh graduate but generally, 2 years of experience is the rough ceiling for jobs that are advertised to fresh graduates.

Hitting past a year I would say that you’re already on the tail end of being labelled as a fresh grad. Instead, I would flip this question around and ask you what’s your main intent for asking this question? Is it if you could submit a job application to another company where they are still looking for Fresh Grads? Technically you have 1 year of professional working experience and you should be proud and honour that. Should look forward, ahead, and upwards rather than measuring against your 1 year ago self which could be more raw. Constant improvement and progression is the way to go mate.

If I'm not mistaken it's 3 years from the day you graduated.

Most management trainee programs allow someone up to 2 years experience to apply, while it's not the official definition of what a fresh grad is, it gives you a sense of what companies consider to be "experienced". In the context of whether you can take your less than 1 year experience to try to get a new job and position yourself as someone who is experienced, many employers will just compare you to a fresh graduate. In fact, it might be a negative because as a recruiter, I would ask you why you're leaving so soon. I would be wondering if you would give up easy.
