Bolehkan saya sue syarikat saya jika mereka falsely advertise?

Just curious. if the JD that the company advertised is far different from the tasks that you are doing rn, and of cause you performed poorly and eventully the employer plan or some program or threaten to fire you, is it your fault or the company's fault? Can I sue the company ornot?

Sure can. This is about personal integrity. The result of the case is another problem. And the sad truth is: this is the loophole many companies utilised for their own good, which is very sad.

Not sure. If you are ok with the tasks, why not just try for a few more months first before you sue them?
