Should i be honest if HR ask me how am I doing?

I really hated and feel very stressed as the working environment is quite toxic and no life. My supervisor treats me very bad, he always treat me like a dog and give me unrealistic workload. And one day the HR was calling me for a private 'honest feedback' I didnt really give an honest one. Now I'm kind of regret as the HR thinks that I am doing so well. If you were me, should i be honest and give my feedback? wouldn't the supervisor will use this against me?

First of all, HR wants to know you actual situation. You can actually say the honest one, with a little retouch.

No. Most of the supervisors that I met so far didnt really care about the feedback and didnt bother to make a change. But they will resent you for telling/talking behind his back .Please take note.
