Should I join a startup company?

The management is quite weird as it noted that they only hire fresh grad. They claim that fresh grads are easier to train and can gain a lot of experiences by joining them. What do you guys think?

The pros are you have plenty of opportunity to try and error, and gain experience from it. The cros are usually uncertain rumeration or prospects.
