Auditor 辞职之后，能去client 公司做工吗？

请问在audit firm 工作之后，收到了client 公司的面试，而且感觉我也能胜任，请问这样会违反什么条例吗

同上，如果你的offer letter 没有写什么东西的话，那就容易了，直接去就可以了。

这个的话你要refer 回你的offer letter 或者你刚入职签的合约，看下有没有违反。比如有些的agreement 会写：“ "upon resignation, for the proceeding one year, you must not seek to employed by a client of our Firm."
