Workplace bullying

My gf is a primary school teacher. Recently she just got transfered to a new primary school. She is quite upset about his new workplace as she is dissatisfied of tasks given by the higher authority. Some of the collegeaus are quite rude to her. But her pay is considered high ( 4k, work half day only) . Any advise on this?

You have to ask how to help. If were me, i would support her to resign. Temporary support her till find her find a job

To be practical, you can provide her the emotional support. If the higher authority that she doesn’t reported to, could request the higher authority in charge of her to deal over. Yeah, the problem is, if it is direct authority, there is nothing to do about it.

My guess is she's with a private school. Happens quite alot. They will request their teachers to do multitasking as and when needed exp. sit in or replace other teachers. It happens in most private institutions.
