Working at Touch N GO Digital

Hi guys. May I know is anyone worked or is working at TnG digital now? how is the culture like? What are the benefits?

I worked in the IT dept before in TnG Digital. The remuneration package they offered was above average compared to other companies. The benefits were good (optical, dental, medical, bonus, parking allowance, ewallet monthly credit, etc) however, the environment there is very bad. You can see that they're always recruiting because the turnover rate is high. The working culture is very much like a Chinaman company (since its a JV with Ant Financial), get ready for long working hours and whats worst is you'll struggle if you cant speak Mandarin

high turnover rate is bad indication already.. meaning the management have some issues. which raise red flag for potential employee / jobseekers..

How much do they pay senior developer here? Fixed scale or depends on each candidate negotiations ability?
