Should I look for internship position after finished my degree? Especially those big companies. As I feel it is hard to find a good opportunity right now and those big companies only offer internship.
I am a Psychology fresh graduate and I clearly knew that I want to focus my career path in HR department. If those big companies looking for HR intern, is this a good chance for me to explore?
if you're looking for learning opportunity, and not chasing for higher salary like RM2.5k+ , it's good for you to start with HR intern to explore, learn and gain experience. However, just keep it in mind that internship allowance is far more lower than full time salary.
