Burnout? It's quite common actually. I believe that actually most people already experience this however this is the part that you need to learn, is it a true burnout, and how to cope with that. So this is a sign of burnout:

1.Your creativity decrease.

2.Over exhaustion.

3.Poor performance.

4.Severe headache or stomachache.

5.cynicism at work.

If you're having at least one symptom, then you need to learn how to cope with this and get better:

1. Change work environment

We always heard that burnout does not have any treatment and it could be a permanent condition but it's not. You can give it a try by changing your work environment or the way you always work. For example, you're working until late at night and it had become a habit. so over here, you can try to change your work structure by working only until 6PM/7PM and the rest is your rest time. Maybe, it can help you to reduce your workload and eventually you will be able to cope again.

2.Tell your HR

Other than managing office, the current trend of HR is more to build culture and have an open-minded office. I believe that by talking with HR, it could help to lessen the stress that you had and they might have an idea for you to combat your burnout.

3.Self-care

Start thinking about yourself even more. Exercise regularly, taking a break sometimes, eating a healthy and balanced diet, and many more in order for you to start taking care of yourself. It does sound easy but takes one step at a time, or it will hurt you even more.

I wish you all the best to recover.
