I have been working in the same company for more than 2 years since after graduation. There's not much I have learned from this job with such a limited work scope. Basically, I don't get what I've expected from the job I'm doing right now. I talked to my manager before regarding my career plan and development, but there is no outcome. I had once told my manager that I was willing to try on new tasks but my manager always emphasised that we are working in a team and she cannot change the extent of work because of my personal preference.
