I did applied for position Head of Payroll (salary range from 4.3K untill 6.5K) in Trendcell Sdn Bhd. My expected salary was RM5.5K. But I just got rejected with a reason “expected salary too high”.
How do I reply to the rejected column and would like to negotiate on my salary expectation?
