Should the pass expired during MCO (in the situation that MCO extended) please refer below options if expatriates intend to: Return to home country – they are allowed to exit the country without having Special pass provided that they possess a valid Passport. Kindly be advised that Standard Operating Procedures of Immigration screening would still take place as usual during departures at the airports.
