What to prove if employee said the target given is illogical
Hi all! Need some help on an expat issue. My company hired an expat and she isn’t performing well. His manager spoke with her on performance and sent to me. I briefed her and asked to improve. In our discussion, she informed that the targeted set in company isn’t realistic and asked me basic formula for setting that target. Is it something we need to prove if he goes to industrial court.
