Diberi surat berhenti kerja disebabkan Cov id-19, tetapi syarikat sudah mencari pengganti baru. Saya ada buat salah ke?

Hi Min, saya baru dapat termination letter. Saya diberi notis sebulan. Dalam termination letter kata saya diberhentikan sebab Covid 19. Tapi, dalam masa yg sama. Selepas saya dapat surat tu, saya nampak iklan di facebook company yg mengatakan mereka nak cari pekerja baru utk posisi saya sekarang. Saya rasa terkilan, saya tak ada buat salah apa dekat company ni. Saya tak pernah datang lambat & jarang ambil cuti. Mereka seolah mempermainkan saya. Cara berhentikan saya, sangat tidak jujur. Adakah saya boleh melaporkan perkara macam ni ke Pejabat Buruh?

saya pun dulu kena macam awak.Manager cakap xpayah datang kerja esok.Tiba2 ade iklan ambil pekerja baru di posisi saya..Lepastu saya pergi buat laporan JTK.Alhamdulillah masuk court and dibicarakan

Jika company tak mahu anda, you just move to somewhere else that people APPRECIATE you for your good working attitude. I'm sure theres a lot of employers with the right environment for you out there so just try your best. Don't give up.

Labour Law.....Honestly i totally do not really understand function labour law coz what i know whatever case yg di failkan pejabat buruh will take action by arrange meeting both side.Not settel case kena masuk court and JTK will arrange for the date.JTK part done already after give date utk masuk court.....Sangat MEMBANTU JTK.....Masuk court and hired lawyer of course need to paid for that and what i know normally golongan2 bawah jer alwiz been treated like this.Correct me if i’m wrong ya.Dahla kena tindas, takde kije and nak settel case kena naik court and keluar duit.When i put myself in that situation i feel dahla jatuh berguling2,kena pulak langgar dengan lorry smpi pecah kepala....So pathetic, hopeless and sedih coz i know that happen from my experience pekerja bawahan not getting the right one but i can’t do much to help.If company yg kite kerja got union that one different stories coz employer won’t simply2 treat their employee lowly. Just remember dialogue 1 of P.Ramlee movie..... 1) Penyamun.....Berhenti-berhenti.... 2) Sudah-sudah.....Jangan tangkap Mad.... 1) Penyamun 2 pakcik.... 2) Bukan.....Diaorg orang niaga.... 1) Orang niaga pakai topeng????? #nomoneynotalk🙃

From my point of view, you can consult by labor department or relevant lawmaker give advise. I think if as what you have mention that you don't have any attitude problem in this company , you can takea any legal action against your company.
