i just realize one of my worker did not contribute for EIS start from beginning until now because of payroll system.. He hire date start from 1/7/2018. What can I do for now and how many penalty I will get in this situation
How to do salary deduction letter due to poor company sales performance?
My company is planning to deduct 40% of the Top Management’s salary. I have already submitted borang PK before PKP.
What is the advantages of hiring temporary or permanent staff? Seems like it is a trend now for most big companies to hire employees under contract term instead of permanent especially the management level.
if a staff poor performance, PIP conducted, 3 warning issued and the end still poor performance, if company give 1 month notice to terminate employee, do company have to pay the termination benefit also?

So boss decided to claim the salary in lieu from the salary. The staff worked for 4 years + Salary is rm 2000
What should I do?
Can I email to JTK for claiming the salary in lieu or I have to walk in?
