Hi morning everyone.. For interstate travel letter.. Do we need to mention "interstate" or maybe like "he/she is currently in Penang/Johor and is required to report back for duty in KL/Selangor? Hi everyone, may i ask if my company is under IT - software development , which SOP is more accurate to follow? 1. 04a. Professional Service Sector or 2. 17. Information Technology Seems like these 2 either one also applicable for my industry, so confusing

Which mean this is just add on to CMCO? Selangor will follow Federal government CMCO with a few add ons as per mentioned? Are other businesses allow to operate as usual or?

Do we need letter from MITI to start business operation?

Since now many sectors are allowed to work,  do still need/required MITI letter or just inform management no need the MITI letter anymore?

Action for those employee that don't reply show cause letter

Needs opinion if staff dont want to reply show caused letter - what is the best/ action to be taken? - proceed with warning or any procedures?

Dear friends. Not sure if this topic was brought up before but does anyone have any HR cost reduction plans or ways that HR can help the business increase revenue during this EMCO period ? I can only think of the following for now: 1. Utilising free online training 2. Utilising free job ads 3. Freezing of recruitment activities 4. Freezing of bonus / increment / adjustment Does anyone have any other better or more innovative ideas ? Kindly share if possible. Thanks in advance.
