What should do if there was a typo in the contract?

The typo was annual leave from 12 days to 10 days. And right now the staff refuse to agree with reduce the number of Annual Leave from 12 days to 10 days.

The employee may not not have a case at all. You can prove that it is all a misunderstanding by showing other similar Employment Contract for other employees, but still, that would be a hassle.

Both the PIC and employee should go through the Employment Contract in order to avoid something like this.

If the employee still refuses even after several times of negotiation, escalate to your superior and consult on what to do.
